LEARN, CREATE, AND CONNECT

Here at UnapologeTECH, our mission is to change the face of business with diversity and provide an inclusive and equitable environment for all through an education-first approach.

UnapologeTECH provides a space for BIPOC women and allies in tech to learn, create, and connect.

The platform offers a hybrid model approach infusing in-person and online training and workshops to teach and nurture allies, BIPOC women in the tech industry looking to progress their careers, and underrepresented groups embarking on their professional career journey.

Women empowerment is the heart of our organization, and we are on a mission to ensure underrepresented women have an opportunity to have a successful career and work-life balance.

We provide women the tools they need to conquer imposter syndrome, find their voice, build their confidence, and provide the necessary resources they need to go reach the life they aspire.

Underrepresented groups feel empowered, heard, and seen because they now have access and a platform, UnapologeTECH, to share their stories, showcase their excellence which is often overlooked, and receive coaching and unique training techniques to achieve the impossible.
