Kalina Bryant, Is the founder of UnapologeTECH, a customer success executive in Silicon Valley, an employee resource group founding leader, career coach, and advisor.
As an African American woman, Kalina started her professional advocacy for BIPOC women over a decade ago, launching her mission at the National Conference of Race and Ethnicity. She spoke about racism and racist microaggressions and how to conquer them. Since then, Kalina has become the voice that breaks barriers and leads change in the organizations she engages with.
She vowes to use her voice, knowledge, and creativity to tackle the injustice and disparities in Silicon Valley and beyond, for women and people of color, through education-first approach by-way-of community.
Since launching UnapologeTECH in August 2020 and bringing together a community of over 20,000 allies and BIPOC women, she dedicates her spare time empowering and uplifting the BIPOC community to overcome both conscious and unconscious bias, and triumph regardless of the environment and focuses on closing the gap between underrepresented groups and opportunity in business.
Kalina serves as an advisor and champion of Ladies who Launch Non-profit organization and sits on the Board of the School of Science at Saint Mary’s College of California, her alumnus, to focus on training and educating the institution to help prepare other underrepresented students to obtain careers in STEM.
